Booking Policy
SIGNATURE GLAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-transferable and will be applied toward your total service balance.
* A $25 deposit is required for all regular appointments.
* Bridal bookings require a $100 deposit.
* NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT.
HOME / TRAVEL SERVICE POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all home/travel service appointments.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours before the day of the appointment. Failure to complete the remaining payment within the required time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Please ensure all clients are ready on time upon arrival to avoid delays in the schedule.
Late Policy:
* More than 15 minutes late: additional $25 fee
* 30 minutes late: additional $30 fee
Please note that after 30 minutes, the makeup artist reserves the right whether or not to cancel the appointment due to other scheduled clients.
Travel fees may vary depending on location, distance, parking, or toll charges.
2. SAME-DAY & SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS
Same-day or squeeze-in appointments attract an additional $20 fee. Payments can be made via Zelle (preferred), Cash App, or Cash.
TRAVEL MAKEUP POLICY
A standard travel fee of $100 applies for bookings with two or more people.
For one-person bookings, the travel fee and makeup total is $250.
This policy covers locations within 1 to 30 miles. For locations beyond 30 miles, an additional $1 per mile will be added. Travel fees may vary if there are tolls, parking fees, or other travel-related expenses.
All bridal, bridal party, and travel appointment balances must be paid 24 hours before or on the scheduled appointment date.
3. EARLY & AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Appointments scheduled outside regular booking hours (7AM–6PM) attract an additional $20 fee. Appointments before 7AM attract a $50 fee and are subject to availability. Please text to confirm availability before booking early-hour appointments.
4. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
* Deposits can only be transferred ONE time when rescheduling.
* Same-day cancellations or last-minute bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* If Signature Glam cancels your appointment, your deposit will be refunded immediately.
NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without canceling or rescheduling in advance will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. No exceptions.
5. LATENESS POLICY
Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early to locate the studio.
* A $25 late fee will be added after 15 minutes.
* Appointments delayed more than 30 minutes may be canceled without refund or reschedule.
* A new deposit will be required to rebook.
6. HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are sick or experiencing flu symptoms, infections, or any contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. Signature Glam reserves the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.
Clients with allergies to specific makeup products are encouraged to bring their personal products. Regular lashes or mink lashes are included unless otherwise stated.
7. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
By booking with Signature Glam, you agree that photos and videos taken during your appointment may be used for promotional content, including social media, website, and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform us before your appointment begins.
8. ADDITIONAL GUESTS & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a guest or child. Only ONE additional guest is permitted.
Signature Glam reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or hostile behavior, or anyone attempting to book under another name after being restricted from future appointments.
Booking with Signature Glam means you agree to all policies listed above.
